Finally, the black and green began to merge, turning into a mysterious dark green. Meanwhile, Barbatos's image began to appear repeatedly in Hal's mind; his spirit seemed to connect to the dark realm, seeing the majestic body of the dark dragon, its wings that blotted out the sky, and the endless, surging black tide below.
The green-lighted Ion Shark emerged from behind him, its body gradually enveloped in dark green power. This power extended outwards, causing its back to bulge, limbs to sprout, spikes to grow from its head, and a pair of enormous black wings to grow from its back. It transformed from a shark into a dragon, becoming more ferocious and powerful.
Finally, the dark green light filled the entire space, even shooting out from the room and completely engulfing Hal's figure. After the light gradually faded, Hal was still Hal, but he had completely changed.
His battle robes, once entirely green, had turned a dark green, perfectly complementing the gold patterns. The same light shone in his eyes beneath his helmet, appearing even more chilling than his original green attire.
