Leidaya is now the president of the Royal Academy of Sciences of the Star Luo Empire, and his brother Leidayi ascended the throne three years ago. Weizhou, Weiyuan, Leidayu, and Leidayuyuan have all come of age and hold important positions in the Star Luo Empire.

Currently, the forty-three members of the Pan-Interstellar Alliance were scattered across many star systems, so there were no major conflicts or contradictions among them. However, once all forty-three members were concentrated in the Andromeda Galaxy, interstellar resources and spheres of influence would shrink significantly, potentially leading to internal conflicts and even fierce clashes. At that point, interstellar war might be reenacted.
“Your Majesty Ledafi, it’s not that we’re not united, but rather that our fundamental interests are at odds. Since you’ve brought up interstellar resources and spheres of influence, I believe that before launching the ‘Descent Plan,’ we must plan out the Andromeda Galaxy so that all 43 of our members have a place to settle down and room to grow, in order to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts in the future.”
Fortunately, Gust and Xingkuite had a preliminary allocation plan for the Andromeda Galaxy. After some discussion and revision, the forty-three members of the Pan-Interstellar Alliance first signed the "Andromeda Galaxy Space Allocation Act" and the "Non-Aggression Treaty".
One day later, the leaders of the forty-three Pan-Interstellar Alliance members unanimously approved the launch of "Project Descent".
