Ye glanced at Lin Ni, then at Yao, took a deep breath, and tried to speak to Lin Ni in a gentle tone: "This is all I should do, and I don't find it hard. You can eat, and if you like his cooking, eat more."
He could sense the ease and joy Linni and Yao exuded while eating together. It wasn't that he couldn't bear to see them happy; it was just that he was exhausted. He'd been driven half-mad by those two stupid tigers, and now Yao had finally arrived, supposedly to be helpful, but he turned out to be even weaker than those tigers. Yan leaned closer to Lin Ni and said, "Lin, I know the answer to this question!" Seeing Lin Ni looking at him with her big, bright eyes, Yan happily said, "If the most obvious characteristic of a level seven orc is that they can maintain a half-human, half-beast form, then the most obvious characteristic of a level eight orc is that they can speak human language in beast form. Because only level eight orcs can freely change which part of their body is human or beast form, the ability to speak human language in beast form can only be obtained by reaching level eight."

I saw him fight once, and he was very powerful. Linni pressed further, "After using the power of the Beast God in battle, are there any aftereffects?" Seeing Yan's somewhat blank expression, Linni explained, "Are there any negative consequences? For example, becoming weak or being downgraded?"
“The clan leader wasn’t in that situation at the time, so I don’t know either,” Yan said.
Lin Ni glanced at Yao again, then exchanged a look with Ye, before lowering her eyes and falling into deep thought.
After a period of rest amidst everyone's contemplation, they set off again.
When they rested that night, Lin Ni hugged Ye's arm and coaxed him, "Ye, we've been so grateful to you on the way here so many times. You've worked so hard! But Yao's situation is special, so please don't look down on him, okay?"
Ye hugged her and kissed her passionately for a long while before saying, "I don't dislike him."

“They’re so stupid!” Night said bluntly. “I’m disgusted by those two stupid tigers, but I’m not disgusted by your first partner.”

At this moment, Yan walked over and stopped not far away: "Lin, I've already boiled water for you."

As she pondered, she began to lose herself between dreams and reality, unable to discern her surroundings. She seemed to have stepped into a strange space, dimly lit and somewhat gloomy. She tried to see her surroundings clearly, but couldn't distinguish directions. Yet, she sensed something slumbering in the unseen distance ahead. Linni cautiously took steps forward, attempting to approach the sleeping object. Each step was filled with uncertainty and fear, but her curiosity drove her onward. She lost track of time; it seemed to have lost all meaning. The surrounding darkness only added to her confusion.
Just as she was about to examine it more closely, she heard the sound of water—the sound of hot water being poured into a cup after it had been boiled for her the night before. Lin Ni opened her eyes and realized it was already daylight. As she sat up, everyone's eyes were on her. Lin Ni blushed slightly and said, "Good morning!"
"Good morning, Lin!" Yao always responded promptly to her conversation style, which was quite different from that of the beastmen continent. He greeted her with a smile, "Breakfast is ready."
"Okay." Lin Ni quickly got up to wash up, then drank some cooled hot water in a cup lid before starting her breakfast. Because she was cooking meat in a lunchbox, Lin Ni used the lid to hold the food.
When Yan looked over, he was surprised to find that Yao had already reached level three. Amazing! Amazing! He leveled up one level every day!
