Within 24 hours, Lu Yuan and Gu Nanfeng returned to the port city. Due to the continuous snowstorm, the checkpoint of the South China Base had been buried in the snow and could no longer be found.
Considering the unclear situation on shore, Qin Yuan and his group did not agree to the supply ship approaching the port. So, they transferred to a yacht released by Lu Yuan about five kilometers from the coast. The eight of them sailed along the coastline and finally found a place with less snow and, after Gu Nanfeng's reconnaissance, no large energy clusters were found, to dock.
Lu Yuan's spatial ability is a lie; he hasn't evolved any abilities, so his physical stats haven't improved at all. The blizzard outside could blow it all away, so the others don't plan to let him go ashore and keep him on the ship for logistics.
Lu Yuan was well aware of his physical condition. He knew that going out with them would only cause trouble for the others, so he quietly prepared supply packs for everyone, filling them with weapons, water, and food that might be needed. All seven of them now had enhanced physical abilities, so even though it was minus fifty or sixty degrees Celsius outside, they could withstand the cold just like in normal winter, wearing thermal underwear and normal winter clothes.

Qin Yuan and Lin Yun, along with Yang Xiao and Zhong Qiang, who possessed auxiliary abilities, headed towards the direction of the larger energy cluster in the port city that Gu Nanfeng had detected on the ship. They were to investigate the specific strength of this "Zombie King." If they could kill it, they would use the walkie-talkie to gather everyone together to kill it. "Lu...Lu Yuan, open the door!" A shivering male voice rang out from outside the cabin door, sounding like he was shivering from the cold.
Lu Yuan ran over and, upon opening the hatch, saw a tall man covered in snow and ice, bundled up like a giant ball, standing in the doorway. Lu Yuan recognized him as Ji Lang, the captain of the supply ship, and quickly let him in.
After Ji Lang entered the cabin, Lu Yuan pointed the heater at him and turned up the air conditioning. As the snow on Ji Lang's body slowly melted, he finally recovered.
"Didn't we tell you not to come over? How did you get here?" Lu Yuan looked out of the small window of the yacht and seemed to see a small lifeboat at the stern.
"You drove that over?" Lu Yuan was almost certain how Ji Lang got here. This guy was really fearless. His physical condition was only slightly better than Lu Yuan's, after all, he was born a soldier. But to drive a lifeboat with no shelter from the supply ship in the freezing cold of minus fifty or sixty degrees Celsius, he was really going to risk his life.
