Chapter 472 Fresh Meat Slices
Chapter 472 Fresh Meat Slices
The stone house was filled with an indescribable, pungent, fishy smell. More than twenty men and women in tattered clothes knelt in the corners of the room, coughing incessantly.
The vendor's appearance was like a stone thrown into stagnant water. The moment everyone saw him, their pupils constricted, and they hugged themselves in horror, scrambling backward until they were pressed against the cold stone wall, curling up into trembling balls.
The vendor walked past them with a cold face, and you could vaguely hear hoarse moans and pleas for mercy. He waved his hand dismissively, "Aren't you coming out?"
Suddenly, a burly man with a bare upper body walked out of the side room, looked around with interest, and said with a grin, "What brings you here to have some fun?"
"What are you playing around with? Time to get some work done."
The burly man immediately became serious. "How many do you want this time?"
"Three thousand catties, these people probably won't be enough."
"Don't worry, there's enough." The burly man chuckled, then pushed open another door. Inside, there were also more than twenty bound men and women, but their mental state was better than the people in front of them, and there were even curses coming from them.
"Sure! We have some new stock." The vendor said, picking through the crowd. "These, and these few too."
Seeing that he had chosen all newcomers and picked a few from the older ones to make up the numbers, the burly man couldn't help but complain, "You didn't even leave me a couple to play with."
The vendor retorted, "Hmph, you keep these goods well, why would I not leave any for you?"
The burly man curled his lip speechlessly. "A bunch of good-for-nothings, do they need to eat well?" he said. "Alright, once you've chosen, let's get to work. Slaughtering three thousand catties is hard work."
The two dragged the people through the iron gate, their ears filled with pleas for mercy: "No, please don't kill me."
Unfortunately, they were wrong. This only excited the burly man more, and he pushed people in one by one. The door was only slightly ajar, but the strong smell of blood could be smelled from inside.
The walls were covered with instruments of torture, ranging from large knives, swords, and axes to small boning knives. The cutting board was soaked in blood and turned a deep red, making its original color completely unrecognizable.
In the corner, a bamboo basket was piled high with broken bones and rotting flesh, and a strong stench filled the air, attracting flies to buzz around. This was the scene of their brutal killing.
The man and woman who were pushed in stared in horror at what they saw. Their cries for mercy echoed through the sky in an instant, and the man who still had strength rushed toward the door without a second thought.
We must escape as soon as possible, or we will die.
But now that they're inside, how could the burly man and the vendors give them a chance to escape?
A flash of cold light, and a deep, bone-revealing gash appeared on the chest of the man at the front. He screamed in pain and collapsed to the ground, unable to get up.
Instantly, everyone froze, staring in fear at the blood-stained knife in the burly man's hand, his vicious voice ringing in their ears, "Since you're all going to be chopped up anyway, so you actually prefer to be chopped up alive."
"No, please, just let me go, I'll do anything you want." The woman cried and snot streamed down her face in panic as she knelt at his feet and begged desperately.
Seeing this, the others stripped naked and surrounded them, willing to do anything to survive.
The burly man glanced disdainfully at the ants at his feet, raised the knife in his hand, and sneered coldly, "You think you're worthy of being played by me?!"
"Am I worthy?"
A cold voice rang out from outside the door. Qin Miaoxi squatted down in front of the injured man, and the huge wound stopped bleeding at a speed visible to the naked eye.
"Who are you?" the burly man shouted, raising his broadsword and slashing at her with lightning speed.
Snapped!
As the whip passed, the burly man and his knife were sent flying against the wall, and cracks immediately appeared in the stone wall.
puff~
Blood gushed out, mingling with the dark red ground.
The vendor was completely terrified and stammered, "Who...who are you? How did you get in?"
Qin Miaoxi smiled coldly, "Of course I walked in."
She said to the men and women, "You all get out."
Upon receiving the order, they were overjoyed and wept tears of joy, using all their strength to scramble and crawl to the outer room.
"Stop right there, all of you get back here!"
The burly man struggled to his feet; if these goods escaped, his master would likely kill him.
"You have the right to speak here!"
With a shout, a whip lashed across his face, sending him spinning twice before crashing headfirst into the stone wall, his forehead instantly revealing a trail of red blood.
Ziyan and Wenzhu guarded the door of the side room. Outside, someone was there to meet the kidnapped people. Soon, only the peddler and the strong man could be heard groaning in pain.
Qin Miaoxi glanced around at the torture instruments and dismembered body parts in the room, a chill running through her. "Who is your master?"
The vendor lowered his head, trying to avoid her questioning by remaining silent.
Qin Miaoxi's cold gaze swept over the burly man, and his pupils instinctively contracted. "Don't you understand what you're saying?"
"Did not say?"
She was met with silence.
"Since you love chopping people up so much, today I'll skin you alive and let you experience what it feels like to have your flesh and bones ripped off."
As soon as he finished speaking, the burly man's arms were tightly bound to the rack, rendering him unable to move.
The next second, unimaginable pain exploded from his arm. He watched helplessly as a large chunk of flesh was ripped from his arm by a sharp blade. With a shrill scream, blood gushed out, and the deep, bone-revealing wound sent chills down his spine.
"I won't let you get away with this!"
"Still have the energy to speak? Looks like you haven't had your fill yet." Qin Miaoxi lowered her knife slightly, listening expressionlessly to the piercing howl.
"This hurts? Don't the people you killed feel pain?"
"I was wrong, please forgive me, I will never do it again." The burly man's face was contorted with pain, all his arrogance long gone. He could utter the most humble words without hesitation, just to survive.
Qin Miaoxi stared coldly at him, but her hands did not stop moving. She picked up the boning knife and stabbed it into his wound.
Hearing the heavy breathing turn into a scream again, Qin Miaoxi pressed a finger on his shoulder blade, and the scream stopped abruptly.
The burly man opened his mouth wide, his Adam's apple trembling violently, but he couldn't utter a sound.
Qin Miaoxi came up to him and their eyes met. Suddenly, a bloodthirsty smile appeared on her lips.
"This is just the beginning."
With a swift stroke, a thin, translucent slice of meat appeared before my eyes.
She carefully attached the pieces of meat to the blood-stained wooden board, but in a moment another piece of meat appeared. The area where the white bone was exposed at the wound gradually widened, and the sharp knife cut marks on it.
With a flash of the knife, slices of meat quickly covered the entire wooden board.
The burly man's horror was swallowed by despair. This woman had used some kind of evil magic; each cut did not bring pure, intense pain, but rather a precise, agonizing torture that slowly tore at his nerves.
The pain shot straight to the top of his head, making him clearly feel his flesh being torn apart while he was still conscious. Each time it felt like being forcibly pulled back from the brink of death, only to fall back into hell with the next cut.
She wasn't using torture, but rather the pain itself, gradually destroying his will to die.
Just when the strong man thought he would be tortured to death.
Qin Miaoxi suddenly stopped what she was doing, turned to the vendor and commanded, "Raise your head."
