Chapter 184 Departure for the Human World

The Flame Dragon Mother looked at Ize in surprise. After all, slumber is an indispensable part of dragons. Dragons of each age absorb more dragon heritage from hibernation and awaken more powerful abilities. She never expected to hear a dragon say that sleeping is a waste of time.

Agreed chimed in, "I also think it's time to go out and explore. You can't become a true strongman if you just stay at home."

The local humans did not submit to my rule and formed a human alliance with nearby kingdoms and city-states to drive me here. They also signed a humiliating non-aggression pact that ceded my rights to the dragon, forcing me to live in seclusion in the Blazing Mountains for nearly a thousand years without ever being born."

The binding force of the contract has now vanished; the ancestors are dead, and the descendants must pay the debt. The dragon's majesty cannot be trampled upon!

Then, the Flame Dragon Mother let out a dragon roar in the air, and countless monster followers emerged from the caves near the dragon's nest, kneeling respectfully before their supreme master in the sky.

Soon all the monsters gathered at the feet of the Flame Dragon Mother, who landed on the high platform the monsters had reserved for her. Before her stood an army of tens of thousands of monsters, including fire dwarves, lizardmen, gnolls, wyverns, and hellhounds, who cheered and shouted excitedly.

The Flame Dragon Mother spread her wings, signaling the monsters to be quiet. The monsters immediately stopped shouting obediently. Then, the Flame Dragon Mother proclaimed in her deep dragon voice: "I am the Flame Dragon Mother, the Red Dragon Mother appointed by Tiamat, the end of all things, the lord of the Flame Mountains, and the leader of the monsters!"

At the same time, a sharp and fierce look appeared in her eyes, allowing the Flame Dragon Mother to exude an aura and majesty completely different from her twilight years. She surveyed her followers, and her powerful speech resounded throughout the entire Flame Mountain Range.

“I promised you that one day I would return to the Flame's Nest and restore its former glory. And now, I think the time has come!”

Then, the Flame Dragon Mother roared and slammed her dragon claws into the ground. As magic surged, past scenes appeared before the monsters' eyes: the fierce battle between humans and monsters, the clash of swords and the bloodshed of dragons, and finally, the dragons were driven out and the monsters were enslaved.

"Look at my people! Within the last thousand years, those weak humans have built countless city-states, using high walls to drive out what they consider to be aliens. They enslave us with iron chains, unaware that in much earlier times, we were the masters of this world, and humans were merely our food!"

The monsters screamed frantically, "Humans! Food!"

The Flame Dragon Mother continued to shout, "I know you are angry, but I am old and my days are numbered. But I still want to tell you, fight for me!"

In my final moments, I will proclaim the teachings of Her Majesty Tiamat, bringing evil into the world. I will be the vanguard, conquering new territories for you! I promise you that wherever I go will be your paradise, and when my soul enters the Kingdom of God, you will all be lords! So fight for me, and with your blood, forge our own paradise!

The monsters' morale was immediately ignited, and they shouted, "Drive out the humans for our lord! Slaughter them all!"

The monsters' most primal rage was ignited by the Flame Dragon Mother's speech, and they couldn't wait to rush into human territory and wreak havoc.

The Flame Dragon Mother Aleister was very satisfied with the morale of the monster army. Time had not diminished the fighting spirit that filled their bones. She immediately spread her dragon wings and took flight, ordering at the same time: "My servants, follow me!"

And so the Flame Dragon Mother departed, leading her monster army away from the Flame Mountains in a grand procession. Accompanying her were a dozen or so adult red dragons that had flown in from various parts of the Flame Mountains. These were her offspring, raised over the past few hundred years from dragon eggs she had collected from all over the place.

Looking at the powerful monster army before him, Agreed could imagine the chaos and war that would engulf the human territories near the Flame Mountains in the coming years. The reborn Flame Dragon Mother, with her powerful monster army, would surely stir up a massive wave in the human kingdoms.

Humanity might be caught off guard at first, but after losing vast territories, they will spontaneously unite to resist foreign invasion. Only then will war truly begin.

However, it is clear that with the Flame Dragon Mother's current unstoppable momentum, humanity will be unable to stop an extremely old red dragon from encroaching on its territory for a very long time. If not handled properly, it is even possible that the human kingdoms will be destroyed.

What Agreed didn't know was that the Flame Dragon Mother's actions were actually an attempt to risk her remaining days to build an empire for Tiamat and spread her evil doctrines in order to gain the Dragon Queen's attention. Unfortunately, the Flame Dragon Mother never understood why Tiamat did not respond to her devout prayers until her death.

Eze then prepared to leave with Aurelia, but he glanced at Agreed, a glint of greed in his eyes. So Eze walked right into the trap and invited, "Brother Agreed, since we're both going out to make our way in the world, how about we travel together?"

Agreed gave Izzy a subtle smile and said, "Great, I was just thinking of coming with you guys anyway."

Ize, who originally wanted to curry favor with someone powerful, had no idea that he had taken a firm step toward death and was getting closer and closer to it.
